Patterned Aluminum Plate
Tread aluminum sheets are made from aluminum alloy base materials such as 1060, 3003, 5052 and 6061, with raised patterns formed on the surface through rolling and embossing. Common patterns include five-bar tread, pointer pattern, orange peel pattern, diamond pattern and lentil pattern. They not only retain the advantages of aluminum alloy such as light weight, corrosion resistance and easy formability, but also greatly improve anti-slip performance and appearance through the surface patterns.
The product is light in weight and moderate in strength. The raised surface ensures excellent wear and slip resistance, safe walking and less accumulation of water and dust. It also features good weatherability and rust resistance, not easy to corrode or deform in humid, low-temperature or oily environments. With good processability, it can be cut, bent, welded and laminated easily, and is simple to install with low maintenance.
Tread aluminum sheets are widely used for vehicle floorboards, industrial platforms, stair treads, ship decks, cold store flooring, anti-slip surfaces of machinery, architectural decoration and packaging liners, etc. They are practical aluminum materials combining anti-slip function, aesthetics, light weight and durability.
