Aluminum Tube
Aluminum tubes are hollow tubular profiles made of pure aluminum or aluminum alloys through extrusion, rolling, drawing and other processes. Common grades include 1060, 3003, 5052, 6061, 6063, etc. They feature light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, good thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent workability.
Aluminum tubes have low density and light weight, which can significantly reduce structural weight. At the same time, a natural oxide protective film is formed on the surface, providing good rust and corrosion resistance, ensuring stable performance in humid, atmospheric and mildly corrosive environments. With excellent plasticity, they are easy to cut, bend, flare, neck, weld and polish, with high dimensional accuracy and smooth, beautiful surface.
Classified by application, they include industrial aluminum tubes, decorative aluminum tubes, fluid conveying tubes, air conditioning and refrigeration tubes, precision instrument tubes, etc. They are widely used in machinery and equipment, automotive manufacturing, air conditioning and refrigeration, aerospace, architectural decoration, furniture and lamps, bathroom hardware, fluid transportation, electrical engineering and other fields, making them commonly used tubes with lightweight and high durability.
