Aluminum Rod
Aluminum bars are solid long-strip aluminum alloy profiles made from high-quality aluminum ingots and alloying elements through extrusion, rolling or drawing processes. Common grades include 6061, 6063, 2024, 7075, etc. They are available as cast bars, extruded bars, precision drawn bars and other types, featuring light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, good workability, and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.
Aluminum bars have low density and stable mechanical properties. A dense oxide film is easily formed on the surface, providing good rust and corrosion resistance, anti-aging performance, and long service life under normal temperature and general industrial environments. They feature good plasticity and machinability, and can be processed by turning, drilling, tapping, milling, anodizing, spraying and other treatments, with high forming precision to meet the requirements of precision parts manufacturing.
Aluminum bars are widely used in machinery and equipment, automotive parts, electronic appliances, mold manufacturing, aerospace, rail transit, door and window frames, hardware accessories, fasteners and various structural components. They are basic aluminum alloy materials with lightweight, high strength and high cost performance in industrial production.
