Aluminum Profile Processing
Extruded aluminum profiles are aluminum alloy profiles formed by hot extrusion with dies under high temperature and high pressure using aluminum ingots or aluminum alloy bars as raw materials. Common grades include 6063, 6061, 6005, 7075, etc. They are among the most widely used lightweight structural materials in industrial and construction fields.
The extrusion process can flexibly produce various complex cross-sectional shapes, such as square tubes, round tubes, channel aluminum, angle aluminum, I-beam aluminum, special-shaped profiles, door and window profiles, industrial assembly line profiles, etc. They feature precise dimensions, smooth surface and stable mechanical properties, combining the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and easy processing. The products can be surface-treated by anodizing, electrophoresis, spraying, wood grain transfer and other methods, making them beautiful and durable with strong oxidation resistance, weather resistance and not easy to rust or deform.
Extruded aluminum profiles have good plasticity and are convenient for cutting and assembly, enabling rapid frame construction and modular installation. They are widely used in building doors, windows and curtain walls, industrial equipment frames, automated assembly lines, photovoltaic brackets, rail transit, automotive parts, electronics and electrical appliances, furniture and lamps, display shelves and many other fields. They are environmentally friendly, recyclable, cost-effective and widely applicable.
