Aluminum Ingot
Aluminum ingots are high-purity solid aluminum castings produced through electrolytic refining using bauxite as raw material. They are the basic raw material of the entire aluminum processing industry chain. Common grades include A00 pure aluminum ingots, ADC12, A356, 6063 alloy ingots, etc. According to composition, they can be divided into remeltable pure aluminum ingots and various cast aluminum alloy ingots.
Aluminum ingots feature high purity, stable composition and low impurity content. With low melting point and good fluidity, they are easy for remelting, casting, extrusion, rolling and other secondary processing. They are the core raw material for producing aluminum sheets, aluminum strips, aluminum foils, aluminum bars, aluminum tubes, aluminum profiles, die-casting products and various aluminum alloy products. They are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, excellent in electrical and thermal conductivity, and can be recycled infinitely, which is environmentally friendly and in line with the modern low-carbon industrial development trend.
As basic industrial raw materials, aluminum ingots are widely used in construction materials, transportation, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, electronics and electrical appliances, hardware die-casting, packaging materials, daily hardware and many other fields, making them indispensable and important basic metal materials for the development of the national economy.
